Smile designing is the planned reshaping of the teeth that show when you smile, usually the upper six to ten. It combines veneers, crowns, whitening, gum contouring and sometimes short-term orthodontics, chosen according to what the teeth actually need.
The design part is the whole point. Before any tooth is touched, we photograph your face, analyse the smile line against your lip curve, facial midline and proportions, and build a digital mock-up. You then see a physical trial smile in your own mouth, using a temporary composite version, and approve the shape before anything irreversible happens.
Our smile designer is certified by Ivoclar Vivadent, Germany, and works on a minimally invasive philosophy: remove as little natural enamel as possible. Aggressive preparation gives a fast result and a tooth that can never go back to being a natural tooth.

How the treatment works
- 01 Smile analysis
Facial and intraoral photographs, digital scans, and analysis of the smile line, midline, incisal edge position and gum contour.
- 02 Digital smile design
A simulated result is designed over your own photographs. You see it, and you change it, before anything is prepared.
- 03 Trial smile (mock-up)
A temporary composite version is placed directly over your teeth so you can see and feel the proposed shape in your own face. Nothing is drilled at this stage.
- 04 Minimal preparation
Once you approve the design, 0.3–0.5 mm of enamel is prepared (in some cases none at all) and a digital impression is taken.
- 05 Fabrication and bonding
Veneers are made in our in-house CAD/CAM lab, tried in, and bonded once you confirm the shade and shape in natural daylight.
