When you use a form on this site we collect your name, mobile number, the treatment you enquired about, your stated urgency, any notes you add, and technical context such as the page you submitted from and how you reached the site. We collect this so we can call you back about your enquiry.
When you become a patient we additionally hold the clinical records required for your treatment (medical history, radiographs, photographs, treatment notes and billing records), as required of a dental practice.
How we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
- To schedule, deliver and follow up on your treatment
- To send appointment reminders and recall reminders, which you can opt out of at any time
- To maintain the clinical and billing records we are required to keep
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible to our reception and clinical team. Clinical records are accessible only to the treating clinicians and the staff supporting your care. Where we use third-party services to run this website or to message you, those providers process the data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted within 12 months. Clinical records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is configured to measure page views and form submissions in aggregate. No behavioural profile is built about you and nothing is sold onward.
Your rights
