What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect your name, mobile number, the treatment you enquired about, your stated urgency, any notes you add, and technical context such as the page you submitted from and how you reached the site. We collect this so we can call you back about your enquiry.

When you become a patient we additionally hold the clinical records required for your treatment (medical history, radiographs, photographs, treatment notes and billing records), as required of a dental practice.

How we use it

To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
To schedule, deliver and follow up on your treatment
To send appointment reminders and recall reminders, which you can opt out of at any time
To maintain the clinical and billing records we are required to keep

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible to our reception and clinical team. Clinical records are accessible only to the treating clinicians and the staff supporting your care. Where we use third-party services to run this website or to message you, those providers process the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted within 12 months. Clinical records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations.

Website click counts

We count clicks on Call, WhatsApp and Book Appointment buttons to understand how often these contact options are used. Our own website endpoint records the button type and the date and time the click is received, in Indian Standard Time, in a separate tab of our Google Sheet, alongside daily totals. The counter does not use tracking cookies or persistent visitor identifiers, and does not send IP addresses, browser details, page addresses, referrers, contact details or message contents to the sheet. Ordinary connection information is processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.

These are total button clicks, not unique people, connected calls, sent messages or confirmed appointments. Booking links to the appointment page or an enquiry form section are included. Repeated clicks count again. We do not identify the person who clicked. Information submitted through the enquiry form is handled separately as described above.

Optional Google Analytics

For visits detected in India, limited Google Analytics may start automatically unless you have opted out. For other locations, or when we cannot determine the country, we ask for your choice before loading it. We use our hosting provider's country-level connection information for this decision, without asking for your precise location. Our current India setting ends on 13 May 2027; after that the site asks first unless we publish a reviewed change to this policy.

When Analytics runs, Google processes website usage information for us, including page visits, contact-button clicks and whether an enquiry was successfully saved. It uses cookies and receives device, browser and connection information to produce reports, including approximate location. We do not send your name, telephone number, enquiry answers, message, treatment selection or clinical records to Google Analytics.

Analytics receives page addresses without their query strings or fragments and only approved campaign labels. It is excluded from recruitment pages and pages marked not to be indexed. Our configuration disables advertising personalization and Google signals; we do not use this analytics setup for remarketing.

You can opt out of optional analytics and continue using the site and enquiry form. When analytics is available, choose Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. An opt-out remains until you change it or clear this browser's site storage, including when you visit from India. An explicit opt-in lasts up to 180 days for the current Analytics property. Automatic use does not save an agreement on your behalf. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Opting out stops future analytics collection through this site and removes its accessible analytics cookies; it does not delete information Google already received. The separate website click counts described above continue without analytics cookies. Our Google Analytics setting retains user- and event-level data for 14 months to support annual comparisons, without resetting that period for new activity. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Your rights
